Processing Time

Your order ships within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery

All orders are sent via tracked 2-day delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under £25: £2.50 shipping
• Orders £25+: FREE shipping

Important to Know

We ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Returns Policy

We stand behind SOKA. If something's wrong with your order, we'll sort it.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After that, we can't accept returns.

What We Accept

We accept returns for:

• Defective or damaged products
• Items not as described
• Change of mind (within 14 days)

Condition Requirements

For change-of-mind returns, the sachet must be unopened and unused. If you've opened it, we can't process the return for food-safety reasons.

How to Return

Email us at psst@drinksoka.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos if applicable (for damaged items)

We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping

For defective products, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you'll need to cover return postage. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid via card, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to show up, depending on your bank.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know immediately. Email psst@drinksoka.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you straight away. No questions asked.
